DATE : 3 FEBRUARY 2023 P.C. :- Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that Writ Petition No. 202 of 2020 filed by the Petitioner in respect of the period pertaining to 1 April 2005 to 31 March 2006 was disposed of by this Court by order dated 15 June 2022 holding that the Petitioner has an alternate remedy.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner had challenged this order by way of Special Leave to Appeal No. 13128 of 2022 and while issuing notice, the Supreme Court has recorded the statement of Petitioner therein that appeals for other periods

Trupti 5-wp-350-2022.doc would be filed and deposit as stated therein would be made. Learned Counsel states that pursuant thereto the Petitioner has also filed an appeal in respect of the period involved in this Petition and nothing survives in this Petition.
