Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the office objections could not be removed due to unavoidable circumstances setout in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion. 2.

Learned counsel undertakes to remove all office objections within three weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted. If office objections are not removed within three weeks from today, the order passed by this court to stand vacated.

The order dated 2nd May, 2018 passed by this court is recalled insofar as Testamentary Petition No. 1888 of 2016 is concerned on the aforesaid condition. No order as to costs.
