Present Interim Application seeks a post grant amendment to the the Schedule annexed to the Testamentary Petition No.1057 of 2019, which is taken out for issuance of Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Suketu Ramesh Mehta(the deceased).

Learned Counsel points out that the Letters of Administration were granted on 16 th January, 2020, after the grant Applicant/Petitioner became aware of certain other receivable of the deceased. A.B.Kakde 1/2

I have heard learned, perused the copy of the said Interim Application and find that there is no impediment in granting the same, in view thereof the present Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) which read as under:- "a) That the Applicant may be permitted to amend the Petition as mentioned in Exhibit "

B " of Interim Application along with consequential amendments thereto.

b) That office of the Prothonotary and Senior Master be directed to accept the original Grant of Letters of Administration for amendment."

Re-verification is disposed with.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks from today.
