By an order dated 14 August 2017 I had proposed to appoint Shri.Vishal Kanade, Advocate as a sole Arbitrator to arbitrate the dispute between the parties arising out of letter of intent dated 1 April 2010. This application was adjourned to enable the learned sole Arbitrator to place on record disclosure as per the requirement of Section 11(8) read with 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996. Mr.Pandian, learned Counsel for the respondents has placed on record the disclosure of the learned Sole Arbitrator dated 28 August 2017, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The petition is accordingly disposed of by appointing Mr.Vishal V.Kanade, learned Advocate to act as a sole Arbitrator to arbitrate the disputes between the parties under letter of intent dated 1 April 2010. No costs.
