According to the learned counsel appearing for the appellant by the impugned order, the learned Single Judge declined to grant circulation in Notice of Motion (L) No. 2636 of 2018. He states that the order has been passed on a praecipe and therefore, he has not produced a copy of the order. 3] The order declining to grant circulation is not a judgment within the meaning of Letters Patent. Hence, the appeal is not maintainable. Only on the ground that the appeal is not maintainable, we dismiss the Appeal. Notice of motion does not survive and the same is disposed of. (M. S. SONAK, J.)
