Parties, by consent, request Ms.Manjiri Shah, an Advocate practicing in this Court be appointed as Arbitrator in place of Dr. Birendra Saraf who has expressed his inability to continue as Arbitrator and accordingly resigned from the matter.

Ms.Manjiri Shah, Advocate is appointed as Arbitrator who shall proceed further from the stage at which Dr.Saraf had resigned. Rest of the directions passed earlier while appointing Dr.Saraf to continue.

Petition accordingly disposed.
