Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner has requested for disposal of the writ petition by directing Respondent No.2 Appellate Authority to consider and decide the appeal, Exhibit-F to the petition, as expeditiously as possible.

It is the case of the petitioner that the appeal is pending since 2015.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, without going into the merits of the matter and without commenting upon the Petitioner's entitlement, we dispose of this petition by directing the Appellate Authority to decide the Petitioner's appeal on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
