Heard learned counsel for the Applicant as also the learned AGP for the State on Notice of Motion. 2.

This Notice of Motion is taken out for restoration of Writ Petition (L) No.1914 of 2016 which suffered dismissal for non removal of office objection within time.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of Notice of Motion, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non removal of office objection within time. In the circumstances, we allow the Notice of Motion and restore the Writ Petition (L) No. 1914 of 2016 to its original number.
