Shri Engineer appearing for official liquidator states that respondent has no objection if the delay is condoned. Shri Engineer at the same time correctly points out that the 2nd prayer is not correctly worded and it is for the applicant to lodge the claim and not for the official liquidator to lodge the claim. Shri Engineer further states that the claim as lodged is only for Rs.99,616/- but what is being sought as per this application is Rs.22,12,307/-.

The official liquidator shall consider the affidavit of proof of debt of applicant lodged on 10th October 2014 and dispose of the same on merits. Should applicant wish to modify their affidavit of proof of debt, they may file the modified affidavit of proof of debt with supporting documents within two weeks from today.

Application accordingly disposed.
