By this application, Applicant seeks condonation of 432 days delay in filing the affidavit of proof of debt, which was filed on 24th June, 2015. The affidavit filed in support of the application sets out the reasons why the affidavit of proof of debt was not filed within time i.e. on or before 18.4.2014. In the circumstances, I am satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit. There is sufficient cause for 1 / 2
