1. The Respondents have breached the undertaking given to this Court as recorded in the order dated 08-03-2017. However, since they have today issued a cheque of Rs.12 Lakhs in favour of M/s. Global Advertising and they undertake to the Court that they have sufficient funds in the bank accounts and the cheque shall be honoured upon presentment and have further undertaken to pay Rs.15 Lakhs on or before 18-01-2018 and the balance amount of Rs.22 Lakhs with interest on or before 15-02-2018, which undertakings are accepted, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the above Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition if so advised.
