Heard learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b), which is reproduced hereinbelow: "b.
For an Order and direction that the Sheriff shall send for publication in such newspapers as the Court may direct, a notice complying with the provisions of sub-rule 951 (3) of the Bombay High Court Rules stating, interalia, that the order of priority of claims against the said proceeds shall not be determined until the period mentioned in prayer (a) and that any person having claim against the property or the proceeds of sale thereof shall file his claim before the Hon'ble Court before the expiration of said period;"

The advertisement shall be published in Khaleej Times, Lloyd's List International, Free Press Journal (Mumbai Edition) and Gujarat Samachar. 5.
The charges of publication shall be paid out of the sale proceeds of the vessel, M. V. Meem by the Prothonotary & Senior Master. 6.
