The petitioner is the wife of the missing person. The certificate issued by the Bandra Police Station dated 5 th June, 2017 is annexed to the petition.

The complaint was registered by the petitioner dated 13 th January, 2006 which is at Exhibit A to the petition. Consent affidavit is also part of the papers and proceedings filed in the Court.
