The learned Counsel for the applicant states that all the respondents in this Interim Application have been served. By this Application, the applicant seeks impleadment as the petitioner in place of the original petitioner, who expired on 3rd August, 2019. Trupti 1/2

9-ia-239-2019.doc The applicant is son of the original petitioner and the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are the legal heirs of the original petitioner. 2.

The respondents appearing before this Court have no objection if the applicant is impleaded in place of the original petitioner. Statement is accepted.

Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Amended copy of the Petition shall be served upon the respondents' advocate within one week from the date of carrying out of amendment.

Reply to be filed within two weeks from the date of service of amended copy of the Petition with a copy to be served upon the petitioner's advocate. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week thereafter with a copy to be served upon the respondents' advocate simultaneously.
