The counsel for the plaintiff states that the parties have settled the matter. The plaintiff having received a sum of Rs.9 lakhs in full and final settlement of all the claims of the plaintiff, the plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the Execution Application.

The Execution Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. The properties of the defendants which have been attached pursuant to the orders of this Court stand released. The undertaking of the defendants' advocate Ms.Leena Sapra to pay the poundage and other charges of the Sheriff, if any, and of the Court for attaching the properties of the defendants is accepted and so ordered.
