However, a material part of the cause of action as pleaded in paragraphs 3 to 6 and 15 of the Petition has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. I am satisfied with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, this Court will have the necessary jurisdiction to try and entertain the suit. 2.
