By an order dated 2nd November, 2018, Mr. Rohan Kelkar, was appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences which had arisen between the parties, with a further direction that disclosure as required under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, be placed on record. 2.

Today the learned Counsel for the parties have placed on record a disclosure as made by the proposed learned Arbitrator. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The petition is accordingly required to be disposed of by the following order: : O r d e r :

(a) Mr. Rohan Kelkar, is appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties in terms of order dated 2nd November, 2018.

(c) The parties shall, at the first instance, appear before an Arbitrator on 3rd December, 2018, at 5.00 pm. along with copy of this order.
