Learned counsel for the respondents, upon instructions, states that as the order of blacklisting dated 26/07/2018 is without reasons and does not look into the facts pointed out in the reply, the respondents may be permitted to pass appropriate orders again.

In view of this request, we quash and set aside the order of blacklisting dated 26/07/2018 and direct the respondents to extend the opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in the matter. Petitioner shall appear before the Executive Director, Electrical nilegaonkar 1/2
