The grievance of the Petitioners is that the applications made by them to the High Power Committee constituted by the State Government are not being heard.

If the Petitioners want their pending applications to be heard expeditiously or within the specified outer limit, their remedy is to make an application to the High Power Committee making out a ground for hearing the applications out of turn.

wp-133.16 If such an application is made by the Petitioners, the High Power Committee shall decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. With the above direction, the Petition is disposed of.
