Mr. Narichania states that pursuant to the order dated 29th March 2019, the entire outstanding amount has been paid to plaintiff (minus TDS). Mr. Khandekar confirms having received. Mr. Narichania states that TDS amount will be deposited with the authorities on or before the prescribed period and before the first quarter ends TDS certificate will also be provided to plaintiff's advocates. This statement, Mr. Narichania makes on instructions from Mr. Prakash Shah who has in turn taken instructions from defendant no.3 and defendant no.7(who is present in court).

2/2 nmcdl-420-19(911).doc In view of the above, Mr. Narichania requests for a direction to the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay, to return the passport of defendant nos.3 to 7 which have been deposited with the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay. Mr. Khandekar has no objection.
Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay to return the passport to plaintiff's advocates as early as possible and in any event within one week of receiving an application for the same. If the suit is still pending, the suit stands disposed. Refund of court fees in accordance with rules. All interim applications stand disposed.
All interim orders stand vacated.
