Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The Petitioner has already filed an appeal against the impugned order, which is pending before the High Power Committee. There is no averment in petition that any attempt was made by the Petitioner to move the High Power Committee for consideration of the prayer for grant of ad-interim or interim relief. The only averment made in the petition is that the High Power Committee has not granted any interim relief.

In view of the pendency of appeal before the High Power Committee, at this stage, we decline to entertain the petition. The petition is disposed of. However, it will be open to the Petitioner to move the High Power Committee for seeking appropriate ad-interim or interim relief.
