This Motion has been taken out for condonation of 85 days delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order 1 / 2 August 24, 2018

17-NMA-148-18.doc dated 8th March 2017 passed by the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.

We have perused the Affidavit of Shri. Jitender Singh, Assistant Commissioner CGST, ST & Central Excise, Division VI, Raigad Commissionerate dated 16th December 2017 in support of the Motion and are satisfied with the reasons indicated therein for the delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order.

Accordingly, Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Needless to said that if the office objections are not removed within a period of four weeks from today, the Appeal itself would stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
