The Petition is for leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent. Some of the properties in respect of which leave is sought are outside Mumbai. However, this suit pertains to the estate of the Plaintiff's father. It is not a suit for land. I am satisfied that with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, this Court will have the necessary jurisdiction to entertain and try the suit. 2.
