Heard the Deputy Official Liquidator. Perused the report. 2.

The Official Liquidator seeks directions to fix the reserve price and earnest money deposit for the sale of the assets of the company in liquidation i.e. Flat No.13, Building No.31, situated at Premlok Park, Survey No.165, Village-Chinchwad, Tal-Haveli, Dist-Pune. through E-auction and the consequential reliefs. 3.

Six attempts have been made in the past but to no avail. 4.

Perused the valuation report submitted by Vastukala. 1/2

Having regard to the market value, realizable value and distress value indicated by the valuer, and the fact that no offer have been received in the last six attempts, it would be necessary to fix a realistic reserve price. The reserve price would thus be Rs.25,00,000/- and EMD Rs.2,50,000/-. 6.

Subject to above directions, the report is made absolute in terms of prayer Clauses (a), (b), (c) and (d). 7.

The valuation report is resealed.
