The Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay, is directed to fix a meeting to be attended by applicant's advocates, Commissioner for taking accounts and the Deputy Sheriff to determine exactly how much in excess of Rs.183 crores has been received from applicant. Whatever is the amount arrived, shall be paid over to applicant within one week of completion of that exercise. The Prothonotary and Senior Master to complete this entire exercise, in any event, within two weeks from today.
