DATE :

5th FEBRUARY, 2018 P.C.

The learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.3 states that the petitioner's structure which is subject matter of this petition is independent of the building which was known as Geeta Building. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the said Geeta building has been demolished. He states that the Petitioner's structure has not been demolished. This fact is confirmed by the learned Counsel for the third respondent.

There is nothing placed on record by the first respondent to show that the structure subject matter of the petition is sought to be demolished. It is obvious that if the first respondent intends to take

wp(l)-3632-17.odt action of demolition of the structure, the said respondent will have to follow due process of law before taking action of demolition. Subject to what is stated above, petition is disposed of.
