1] Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.6 submitted that her application for grant of permission for re-development is pending before the MHADA. Learned Counsel for respondent No.6 makes a statement that in case the respondent No.6 is permitted to redevelop the premises, she will pay the transit rent to the petitioners if they are found to be eligible and entitled to the same.
