Perused the affidavit in support of the application. Reasons for delay of 59 days are given in the paragraph Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the application. It is stated that the applicant, a Multi National Organization, had to pass Board Resolutions and there was a delay in conducting Board meetings.
