The chamber summons seeks to correct a clerical error in the plaint. The plaint recites one of the documents annexed to it as Exhibit-O. In fact, there is no annexure by the nomenclature Exhibit-O. The numbering of the further exhibits needs to be changed accordingly, for which purpose the chamber summons is taken out. The Plaintiff also seeks to amend the prayer clause of the plaint consequential upon the amendment allowed by this court. The suit is not contested by the Defendant.
