None for the Respondents, though served. The Company and its agents have threatened to transfer the shares unless there is an injunction against them from doing so. This has been misunderstood. All that the company said that unless there is a prohibitory order, it is bound to transfer the shares and dividends to the IEPF Authority.

Having regard to the nature of disputes, there will be an order in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads:

ble Court be pleased to restrain Respondent No. 2, TSR Darashaw Limited from transferring 100 shares, being Share Certificate No. 00000993 and the dividends and/or bonus shares issued therein, of Respondent No. 1, Bayer CropScience Limited (formerly Bayer (India) Limited) to the IEPF Authority as stated in the letter of Respondent No. 2 dated 6th November 2017, Exhibit "D" to the Affidavit in support hereof;"

The Respondents will act on production of an authenticated copy of this order and will not transfer these shares without a specific further order of the Court.
