904-NMW-603-17.sxw Transfer Certificate to the Applicant or to direct Respondent No.1 to transfer the above said original documents to Respondent No.2 - University of Mumbai.

2] Yesterday, when the matter was called out, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 stated that the documents would be produced before the Court today. Today, accordingly, original documents viz. SSC / HSC Mark Sheets are produced before this Court. Insofar as Transfer Certificate is concerned, it is submitted that it has to be generated online and sent to Respondent No.2 - University of Mumbai and it is further submitted that the same has already been sent to Respondent No.2 - University of Mumbai. A certified copy of the Transfer Certificate is also produced before this Court. These documents are handed over to the learned Counsel for the Applicant, who shall submit the same to the concerned Officer of the University. 3] In that view of the matter, Notice of Motion has served its purpose and the same is accordingly disposed of.
