Stand over to 18th November, 2019. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the third party, who is occupying the premises in question has shown interest to purchase the premises in
Dusane 2/2 26 IA 1.2019.doc question. It would be appropriate to consider as to whether the said party is really interested in the said premises. Accordingly, the representative, i.e. interested buyer, Mr. Shantanu Kodilkar shall remain present in the Court on the adjourned date of hearing. If the said third party is not interested to purchase the said premises, the Court would have to pass appropriate orders.

In the meantime, protection granted vide order dated 25th September, 2019 passed in Notice of Motion (L) No. 1950 of 2019 in Arbitration Petition No. 424 of 2018 shall continue to operate. ( G.S. Kulkarni, J.)
