After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this Petition as also leave for not to press the Appeal which was filed by the Petitioners before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee and now been returned by the Registrar, with liberty to file a fresh Appeal in conformity of the provision of Section 35(1)(a) of the Slum Act, 1971. 2.

With the liberty to file fresh Appeal as aforesaid, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
