Heard learned Counsel for the parties on Notice of Motion seeking restoration of Writ Petition (L) No.3083 of 2014, which suffered dismissal on account of non removal of office objection within time.

For reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Notice of Motion, we are satisfied that there is sufficient cause for non removal of office objection. By allowing the Notice of Motion we direct to restore the Writ Petition (L) No. 3083 of 2014 to its original number.

As a consequence, interim order passed in the Writ Petition, if any, to continue till further order. 5.

The office objection be now removed within two weeks and the amendments be carried out within two weeks. 6.

In view of the aforesaid, Notice of Motion is disposed of. 7.

Stand over to 26th April, 2018.
