The Official Liquidator's report is not on board. By consent, it is taken on board.

Ms. Chauhan confirms that the remaining work as regards the title documents will be completed within a period of two weeks from today. She also points out that an amount of Rs. 26,01,777/- is payable to the Society towards unpaid and overdue maintenance charges. This will be paid out of the funds in the hands of the Official Liquidator.

The Official Liquidator's Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

The statements made on behalf of the Official Liquidator are noted. In view thereof, no specific orders are required on the Company Application. It is clarified that all society bills and outgoings for these premises for Office No. 167, Atlanta Building, Plot No. 2209, 16th Floor, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400 021 after 7th August 2015 will be paid by the Applicant. Any bills prior to that period will need to be paid on behalf of the Company by the Official Liquidator.

The Company Application is disposed of with no order as to costs.
