Heard Mr.Manish Gala, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Ranbir Datta, learned Counsel for the respondents. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the parties have tendered the consent terms dated 31/12/2015 duly signed by Mr.Pawan Kumar Dagar, Manager of the petitioner and respondent No.2 and their advocates. Learned Counsel appearing for the parties state that controversy between the parties is amicably settled in terms of the consent terms dated 31/12/2015. They have tendered the consent terms which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr.Gala has tendered photocopy of the identity card of Mr.Pawan Kumar Dagar which is taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification. Mr.Datta has tendered photocopy of the PAN card of 1/2

911.ARBP (L) 2073.15.doc respondent No.2 which is taken on record and marked 'Z' for identification. Mr.Gala states that Mr.Pawan Kumar Dagar is present in the Court. Mr.Datta states that respondent No.2 is present in the Court. The parties admit and confirm the correctness of the consent terms.

After hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the parties and after perusing the consent terms, I am satisfied that controversy between the parties is lawfully settled in terms of the consent terms. The undertakings given in paragraphs 4 & 5 are accepted. Arbitration Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms marked 'X'. Order accordingly.
