These intervention Applications are preferred in Company Petition Nos.414/2016, 415/2016, 416/2016, 417/2016 and 420/2016. By an order dated 13th October, 2021 in Interim Application (L) No.10278 of 2021 in Company Petition No.414 of 2016, this Court had directed to transfer all these Company Petition Nos.414/2016, 415/2016, 416/2016, 417/2016 and 420/2016 to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, subject to the applicant depositing a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- with the Official Liquidator towards the costs. 3.

The Deputy Official Liquidator informed the Court that the applicant has complied with the said condition and the Company Petitions have been transferred to the NCLT, Mumbai. 4.

In view of the aforesaid development, the applications stand disposed with liberty to the applicant to agitate the claim before the NCLT, Mumbai. The time spent by the applicant in prosecuting these applications may be accounted for in the proceedings before the NCLT, Mumbai.
