Since the attention of this Court was drawn to the fact that in the orders passed by this Court dated 23 rd February, 2016 and 26 th February, 2016 the appearance of Mr. Anilkumar Patil i/b. Mr. Sachin R. Pawar is shown only for Respondent No. 1 and not for all the Respondents, this Court had placed the above Application on board under the caption 'for directions' on 4th March, 2016 and had directed the Advocate for Respondent No. 1 to keep Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 present in Court on 8 th March, 2016.

Today, the Respondent No. 2 is present in Court. The Respondent No. 2 has informed the Court that Respondent No. 3 is his wife and that he and his wife are the only Directors of Respondent No. 1. He further states that Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have accepted the orders passed by this Court dated 23 rd February, 2016 and th February, 2016 and they have no objection to all the disputes, arising out of the registered Agreement of Sale 25 th November, 2010 being referred to the sole

Nitin 2 / 2 949-ARBAP-315-2015 arbitration of Mr. Minoo Siodia, Advocate & Solicitor. He has further informed the Court that in fact a preliminary meeting was already held with the Arbitrator on 2nd March, 2016 at 5.00 p.m. The statements are accepted. 3.

Mr. Sachin R. Pawar, Advocate undertakes to file his Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 on or before 18th March, 2016. The undertaking is accepted.
