Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with a liberty to make a representation to the Respondent No. 6CEO, SRA. According to the Petitioner, despite the slum scheme having been sanctioned twelve years ago, the plot in question has not been acquired and the slum dwellers are living in absolutely unhygienic conditions.

The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to make a representation to the Respondent No. 6-CEO, SRA. If such representation is made within three weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the Respondent No. 6, CEO, SRA within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the representation. 3.
The Petition to stand disposed of.
