3. The petitioner is the grand daughter in law of the deceased. There are no legal heirs mentioned in paragraph no.4 of the petition. The Legal Heirship Certificate is required for the purposes set out in paragraph No.8 of the Petition. There is no impediment to grant relief as prayed.

4. The Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). It is clarified that heirship certificate is not for sale of immovable property. this order.
