As regards Writ Petition No.3286 of 2018 is concerned, the Petitioner-in-person is not present. We are informed on his behalf that the Petitioner wants to amend the petition to incorporate necessary prayers and pleadings. Similar request for amendment is made by learned counsel for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.2773 of 2019. Stand over to 20 March 2023, to be listed under the caption "For Directions" so that amendments are carried out before the next date and reply, if any, of the Respondents to the amended petition is filed. Reverification is not dispensed with as amendments contain factual assertions.

As regards Writ Petition No.488 of 2019 is concerned, learned 2 of

counsel for the Petitioner states that no instructions are being received and the email seeking discharge is also not responded to. It appears that the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.488 of 2019 has lost interest in the petition and therefore the same is dismissed for non prosecution. 3.

As regards Writ Petition No. 1853 of 2022 is concerned, the Petitioner tenders affidavit in rejoinder.
