There is an ad-interim order dated 16th December 2016. The Defendants have been served. Despite this they are absent. The Court Receiver has executed his commission.

For the reasons set out in the Petition for leave under Clause XIV of the Letters Patent, it is made absolute. 16th January 2017

For the reasons set out in the ad-interim order, it is confirmed as the final order on the Notice of Motion along with further reliefs in terms of prayer clause (b) in respect of the cause of action in passing off.

The Notice of Motion is made absolute in these term with costs. In addition, the Plaintiffs will be entitled to recover the actual costs of the Notice of Motion at the final hearing of the Suit. (G. S. PATEL, J.) 16th January 2017
