For the reasons set out in the ad-interim order dated 19th December 2016, it is confirmed as the final order on the Notice of Motion. Now that the leave has been granted, there will also be an order in terms of prayer clause (b) of the Notice of Motion. 3.

The Notice of Motion is made absolute in these terms with costs.

In addition, the Plaintiffs will be entitled to recover the actual costs of the Notice of Motion at the time of final hearing of the Notice of Motion.
