Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and pending the hearing and final disposal of the Suit, the following workable order is passed by consent :

i.

The Article (Exhibit-A to the Plaint) has been removed by the Defendant No. 1 from its website. The same shall also be removed from the website of Pune Mirror of the Defendant No. 1.

ii.

The said Article shall not be uploaded until further orders of this Court. iii.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. iv.

The Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed of. 2.

The Defendants shall file their Written Statements on or before 25 th January, 2016.

Place the Suit on 27 th January, 2016 for framing of issues.
