At Mr Kane's request, the Suit is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh suit against the same Defendant on the same cause of action.

Refund of Court fees, if any, in accordance with the Rules. Court Receiver stands discharged forthwith without passing accounts. The Plaintiffs will pay the Court Receiver's costs, charges and expenses within four weeks.

In view of withdrawal of the Suit, the Leave Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
