Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition directing the Respondent No.1 to consider and decide the Appeal No.504 of 15 filed by the Petitioner which is admittedly pending since the year, 2015. The concern to decide the same as early as possible preferably within 8 weeks. Petition is accordingly disposed of. No Costs.
