By this official liquidator's report (OLR), the official liquidator is seeking direction in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as follows:- "(a) Whether in view of para (16) above, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct that the aforesaid company viz., M/s. Halite Personal Care India Private Limited (In Vol. Liqn.) be treated as dissolved from the date of submission of this report to this Hon'ble Court in terms of provisions of Section 497(6) of the Companies Act, 1956;"

The present OLR is filed as a consequence of order dated 13.10.2023 passed by this Court in Interim Application No.2386 of 2023, whereby this Court allowed the applicant therein i.e. a company going in for voluntary liquidation, to produce relevant documents before the official liquidator and the delay in producing such documents was condoned. Pursuant thereto, such documents have come on record. by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date:

The official liquidator in paragraphs 15 and 16 of the OLR states that the documents including a document issued by the income tax department giving its no dues certificate, satisfy the requirements. 4.

In the light of the material placed on record along with the OLR, this Court is satisfied that the above-quoted prayer can be granted. 5.

In view of the above, the OLR is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a).
