Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. Although various prayers have been made in the petition, like calling for the papers from Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 relating to prior permission, if any, granted in favour of Respondent No. 5 before he accepted post of Chairman of Shivkrupa SRA Co-Op. Housing Society Ltd., and further alternative prayer, learned counsel for the Petitioners asserts that before filing of the present petition, the Petitioners have made several complaints before 1 / 2

16 - WP. 89-19 Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 and due to inaction on their part, Petitioners have been compelled to file present writ petition. 2.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that based on the complaints made by the Petitioners, an inquiry has been initiated and in the course of inquiry, statements of the Petitioners have been recorded. We, therefore, dispose of the present writ petition with a direction that if the inquiry has been concluded, then the outcome / result of the said inquiry be communicated to the Petitioners forthwith, and if the inquiry for some reasons has not be concluded, the same be concluded within four weeks, by affording opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners, and communicate outcome of the said inquiry to them. 3.

We make it clear that we have not expressed our opinion on the issues that have been raised in the petition by the parties.
