Probate was granted on 19th September 2016. The Court Receiver was previously appointed. He has in his hands a balance of Rs. 15,76,420/- and several shares and debentures listed in Exhibit "E" to this Report. These are to be hand over to the probate Petitioners who are the executors. They agree and undertake to distribute these in accordance with the Will which has received probate.

The Court Receiver's Report is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.

The Court Receiver will write to the two Banks to which he has earlier written seeking a freezing of accounts. He will now pointing out the orders of 19th September 2016 and today and require these banks to unfreeze both accounts. The Banks will act on an authenticated copy of this order.
