By this Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 28 days delay in filing the Appeal against the impugned order dated 06/08/2019.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the Applicant and Nesarikar

(a) Registry is directed to issue notice to the Respondent returnable on 10/12/2019.

(b) In addition to usual mode of service, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent along with entire proceedings by way of private notice either by RPAD and/or by hand delivery and to file an Affidavit of service to that effect on or before 07/12/2019.

(c) Stand over to 17/12/2019.
